Landscape Painting from New Zealand

Recently while chatting on WetCanvas, I threw a question out to the folks in our chat room. The topic was regarding an inspiration for one’s specific painting. Brian Warner, a friendly member (username BrianWarner) of the forum, kindly shared a beautiful moment he experienced while touring South Island, New Zealand as he visited the Franz Josef Glacier. “Looking at the reflection of that glacier in a small, perfectly still pool,” said Brian, “I just knew it had to be painted.”
