Brush Away Errors

The semi-soft bristles of an old toothbrush are the perfect cure for a watercolor painting mistake. Just dip the toothbrush in water and scrub the offending area, repeating as needed. Then after you’ve scrubbed the surface free of color, use the bowl of a spoon or a burnishing tool to smooth the surface. Now you’re ready to repaint!
