Live Street Art Exhibition Celebrating Gallery Anniversary

A collection of creative energy materialized in a mash-up of art, culture, lifestyle and fashion, 323East Gallery will celebrate its second anniversary this weekend (Detroit, Michigan, June 11-13, 2010).

Not only will several local graffiti artists will be executing live street art murals over the span of 72 hours…there will also be visual interpretations a book release: My First Graffiti Coloring Book by Kobie Soloman. Another great aspect is that proceeds from this celebration will go toward the Metro Detroit’s YMCA’s Y-arts program, which provides after-school instruction in traditional art, media, spoken word, performance, music and dance.

Let us know if you’re able to make it to this unique exhibition, or if you visit 323East in the future!

‘Til next time,
