You probably have a weekly routine; certain meetings, classes, and appointments happen predictably each day, for both work and play. I can tell you that each Thursday night, for example, you’ll find me playing volleyball; on Thursdays at 2:55 I’m grabbing some coffee for a 3:00 meeting at the office, and so on. Before I know it, seven days have passed and I’m on my way to the next adventure, repeating or new, on my calendar.
No one can relate to this weekly cycle of time flying more than my friend and colleague, Jennifer (Jen) Lepore. Jen is the Online Education Manager for ArtistsNetwork.tv, and because of her, there’s a new art workshop video available on this site every Sunday. She works with artists of all subjects and media to create these, which are available 24/7 to subscribers. Artists are able to watch any video in the ever-growing library–400 and growing–at any time, from his/her own computer.
It’s a pretty amazing service, and one that you can take advantage of for free, this weekend only, starting today. Simply sign up at ArtistsNetwork.tv and use the promo code ATV4FREE. Your credit card won’t be charged until the end of your free trial period, so, if you cancel during your free trial, you won’t pay a thing. But, you might need to reschedule your weekend plans.
With 400 workshops to choose from, you may appreciate my help in narrowing it down. Here are a few popular favorites to get you started:
• Design: Landscape Painting Techniques for Success with Ian Roberts
• Bold Underpaintings for Lively Pastel Landscapes with Richard McKinley
• Watercolor Landscape Painting Essentials with Johannes Vloothuis
(just to name a few!)
Call me the town crier if you want to, but this is news to be shared–and like all of the freebies and discounts that I share with you, this one is open to the public. Share the promo code ATV4FREE with your friends so that they too, can take advantage of the free workshops. You can even click here to Tweet it. Maybe watching a new art video will become a part of your weekly routine!
Until next time,
