After a career as a quantity surveyor, Michael Norman (www.michaeljnorman.co.uk) retired to Exmouth, an English coastal town in the county of Devon. The artist is an elected member of the Pastel Society UK and serves as its treasurer. He has won a number of prizes at the society’s annual exhibitions and has exhibited widely in the United Kingdom, both in solo shows and with other artists.
