Watercolor Gallery: Ron Bigony

Whether he’s traveling or going about daily life in and around Longview, Texas, Ron Bigony finds no shortage of inspiring subjects to paint—from the vibrant colors of New York City’s bustling Times Square to a dazzling light show as the sun drops behind a rural Texas barn. “I just paint whatever moves me at the time,” he says. You’ll find stunning full-color reproductions of the artist’s loose, impressionistic watercolor landscapes in the December 2012 issue of Watercolor Artist.
