Cecy Turner (www.cecyturner.com) has been painting and teaching for the past 35 years. Her work has been selected for numerous national exhibitions, and she’s a signature member of the National Watercolor Society, Southwestern Watercolor Society, National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society, Women Artists of the West, Associated Creative Artists, Outdoor Painters Society and Plein Air Artists Colorado. Her work has been featured in Southwest Art, Western Art Collector and Home and Heritage Magazine.

Frank LaLumia (www.lalumia.com) is a signature member of the American Watercolor Society, the Plein Air Painters of America, the National Watercolor Society, the Oil Painters of America, and is an artist-member of the California Art Club. He’s also the author of Plein Air Painting in Watercolor and Oil (North Light Books, 2000) and a contributing artist for the PBS series Plein Air: Painting the American Landscape.
