guidelines for entering the 12th Annual Pastel 100 here. The deadline for entry is September 1, 2010.
Also, you’ll find that the opportunitites for juried art exhibitions
is extensive. Here’s just a couple with fast-approaching deadlines that you may want to look into:
• The 79th Annual Hudson Valley Art Assocation exhibition, held at the National ARts Club in New York City in July, is accepting entries until April 28, 2010. To enter, visit www.hvaaonline.org.
• The MidAmerica Pastel Society is accepting digital entries for their National Soft Pastel Exhibition until May 3, 2010. The show will take place August 26 through September 25 at the Irene B. French Art Gallery in Merriam, KS. For more information or to download a prospectus, visit www.midamericapastel.org.
• The Pastel Society of America’s 38th Annual Open Juried Exhibition
for Pastels Only. Exhibition dates are September 7 through October 2,
2010, in the main gallery of The National Arts Club in New York City’s
