Artists Network, Artist Daily, Artists Network TV, Artist Network University, and North Light Shop have merged into a single, completely redesigned website here at ArtistsNetwork.com to offer you a significantly improved online experience, on desktop and mobile.

How Do I Link My Old Account(s)?

Artists Network TV, Artists Network University, and North Light Shop customers — you will need to link your old account(s) with a new Artists Network account and then you’ll be able to access all of your videos, courses, and shop history in one place!

To link your existing account(s), click here and follow the steps below:

  • Register your new account using the same email address from your original account.
  • You can either use your original password or create a new one. **Please note for security reasons, passwords have not been migrated to your new account.
  • Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email to complete your account process.
  • Click on the link in that email and then you will have access to your full, consolidated account via My Account on Artists Network.

How Do I Find My Videos and Courses?

  1. Link your old account(s) to your new account, as explained above.
  2. Log in to ArtistsNetwork.com
  3. Click “Welcome, (your name)!” in the upper right corner of the screen, or the person avatar on mobile.
  4. Go to “My Workshops” to find your purchased video workshops and online courses.
  5. Click on the Go To Subscription or Go To Course link for the product you want to access.
    • If nothing happens, make sure to disable your browser’s pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from artistsnetwork.com.

How Do I Access LIVE Online Workshops?

  1. Link your old account(s) to your new account, as explained above.
  2. Log in to ArtistsNetwork.com

  4. Go to “My Workshops” to find your purchased video workshops and online courses.

NOTE: Pop-up Blockers

  • For workshops and courses on desktop or laptop computers, you will have to allow pop-ups on our website from your web browser. Many web browsers will display a small notification at the top of the page that reads “popup blocked” upon clicking “Go to Course.” Click on this notification to enable popups on our site. This will allow you to view the course.
  • If you do not see this notification, you simply have to navigate to your web browser’s “settings” and disable your popup blocker there, or choose to allow popups on our site.
  • Here’s a list of popular browsers and how to enable pop-up windows on each.

How Do I Manage My Email Preferences?

  1. Log in to ArtistsNetwork.com
  2. Click “Welcome, (your name)!” in the upper right corner of the screen, or the person avatar on mobile.
  3. On your Dashboard, Under MY EMAIL SUBSCRIPTIONS, select your preferred interests.
  4. Click the SUBMIT button to save your updated preferences.

Where Are My Comments?

All comments from Artists Network and Artist Daily have been migrated to the new Artists Network, but they are closed for editing and cannot be associated with any new account you create going forward. We sincerely regret this inconvenience but hope the myriad improvements to Artists Network will offset that one downside.

Digital products are provided immediately upon purchase in your Artists Network account. You can download or stream your items following the instructions below in Accessing Digital Purchases.

Shipping

Free ground shipping on orders over $50 to the United States

We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $50 to the 50 states and the District of Columbia. The minimum order value must be $50 before taxes, shipping, and handling.

Shipping estimates do not account for 2-4 business days for processing.

Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. We are not responsible for shipping errors or failure to deliver on time caused by the shipping company. Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are decided by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Orders

Order Status and Tracking

Orders typically take between 2-4 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. You can find your tracking number by clicking on the order # on your My Orders page. Tracking is not provided for orders shipped via USPS International Shipping.

Change or Cancel My Order

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing information is correct as well as the number of items before submitting your order.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal, Artists Network Gift Cards, and Electronic Checks. Your account will be charged at the time of purchase. All purchases are processed in USD.

Taxes

Companies selling over the Internet are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as any other retailers. Review our Sales Tax Summary.

  • Ebooks: PDF format, accessible through the My Downloadable Products section of your account
  • Downloadable Videos: MP4 format, accessible through the My Downloadable Products section of your account
  • Streaming Videos: Online-only, accessible through the My Courses section of your account
  • Online Courses: Online-only, accessible through the My Courses section of your account

Saving Digital Downloads

  • PC Users: Right click on the download link, select “Save Link As” (Firefox, Chrome) or “Save Target As” (Internet Explorer)
  • MAC Users: Hold the Ctrl button while clicking on the download link and select the option “Download Linked File As” (Safari)
  • Save the download(s) to your “Desktop,” “My documents” or other favorite folder. Click “Save”

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we’re happy to offer Friction-Free Returns. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your Artists Network purchase of a physical product, you may return it and receive a full refund for the cost of the product.

Be sure to include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with your return to expedite the refund process. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your return to be processed and your refund issued. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

NOTE: Digital products, course offerings, and video purchases are not covered under the Friction-Free Returns policy.

Coupon Codes

All coupon codes are case sensitive. Only one coupon code can be applied per order and promotions cannot be combined. Coupon codes are one-time use only, and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

Some items are not eligible for discounts; these include, but are not limited to: Kits, Bundles, Collections, Third Party Items, Drop Ship Products, New Releases, and Subscriptions. Other exclusions may apply; see the original promotion for specific details.

Price Adjustment Policy

Artists Network will provide a one-time price adjustment for purchases made on our website within 30 days of the original order date if the identical item is discounted at the time of the customer’s request. The difference in price will be refunded to the original payment method.

Price adjustments of less than $5.00 will be provided a discount coupon for future purchases in lieu of a monetary refund.

Requests must be made via email at artistsnetwork.com/contact-us and include the 1) original order number, and 2) specific information about the sale being requested (including the coupon code where applicable). The request must be made while the sale is in effect (this will be defined on the website or any promotions for the sale).

NOTE: Standard exclusions apply. Discounts do not apply to new releases, iTunes purchases, third-party items, pre-orders, back-orders, magazine subscriptions, auto-ship programs, kits/bundles, and ultimate collections.

Magazine Subscriptions

New subscribers, who wish to receive the current newsstand issue of a magazine, should purchase that issue individually as the subscription will start with the upcoming newsstand issue. Please note, the first issue of your subscription may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive (international customers, please add an additional 2 weeks for shipping times).

If you no longer wish to receive our promotional emails or weekly newsletters, simply scroll to the bottom of any Artists Network newsletter and click Unsubscribe or Manage Subscriptions.
