Artists Network and MacPherson’s have teamed up to give a brand new Vespa Primavera 50 to one lucky attendee at NAMTA’s Art Materials World 2018 in Dallas, TX.
To enter, Art Materials World attendees must visit the Artists Network and MacPherson’s booths at any time during Exhibit Hours before 11:30am on Tuesday, March 6th and complete an entry form. A live drawing will be held in the Artists Network booth at Noon on March 6th, and one lucky winner will have a Vespa Primavera 50 shipped to their local dealership!

Eligibility
- Registered attendees of Art Materials World conference, who are legal residents of the 50 United States & the District of Columbia & who are 18 years of age or older as of 3/1/18.
- Employees of F+W Media and MacPherson’s and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as any such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
How to Enter
- Pick up an entry form in either Artists Network’s (923) or MacPherson’s (335) booth.
- Collect MacPherson’s stamp by 11:00AM on Tuesday, March 6, 2018.
- Return your completed entry form and get your badge scanned in Artists Network’s booth by 11:30AM on Tuesday, March 6, 2018.
Prize Drawing
- A winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries in Artists Network’s booth at 12:00PM on Tuesday, March 6, 2018.
- Winner must be present to win.

Eligibility: 2018 Vespa Giveaway (“Promotion”) open to registered attendees of Art Materials World conference, who are legal residents of the 50 United States & the District of Columbia & who are 18 years of age or older as of 3/1/18. Employees of F+W Media (“Sponsor”), MacPherson’s, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”) and their immediate family members (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household as any such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
How To Enter: Between 7:30AM CT on 3/4/18 and 11:30AM CT on 3/6/18 (“Promotion Period”), visit MacPherson’s booth (335) during exhibit hours and have the appropriate space on the entry form stamped by a representative. Complete the entry form and return it to the Artists Network Booth (923) to receive one entry in the Promotion drawing. There is a limit of one entry per person; additional entries received from any such person thereafter will be void. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied or facsimile entries are void. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant whom Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or illegible entries, inaccurate entry or promotion related information, printing errors appearing in these Official Rules or other promotion related materials, postponement or cancellation of the Event or for other problems or errors related to this promotion. By entering this promotion, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor for Promotion purposes only.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be held on/about 12:00PM CT on 3/6/18 at the the Artists Network Booth (923). Drawing will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Winners must be present to win the grand prize. Winners will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release (the “Affidavit/Releases”) via postal mail on/about 3/27/18. Winners will be required to execute and return the Affidavit/Releases within 5 days of issuance of notification. Noncompliance with the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Designation of the winner is subject to verification of the Affidavit/Release. Odds of winning any prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
(1) Grand Prize: Vespa Primavera 50 (exact model and color to be determined by Sponsor) (Approximate Retail Value=$4,473). Grand Prize winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license upon entering the Promotion. Grand Prize winners must provide proof of a valid U.S. driver’s license and adequate motor vehicle insurance prior to delivery of the Vespa. Subject to Sponsor’s discretion, Vespa will be delivered to the dealership as near as practical to Grand Prize winner’s home. Designated dealership subject to manufacturer, distributor and dealer production and delivery schedules. Tax, title, registration, license, insurance fees, additional/optional equipment, cost of Grand Prize winner’s travel to dealership and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are not included and are solely the Grand Prize winner’s responsibility. Vespa color and specifications are subject to availability. The specific Vespa provided to the Grand Prize winner is at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Vespa pictured or displayed in any advertising surrounding this Promotion may not be the actual Vespa awarded.
Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prize except by Sponsor due to prize (or portion of prize) unavailability and then for a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of equal or greater value. Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that (1) Released Parties and their designees may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or for the purpose of winner announcements (and the advertising and/or promotion thereof) and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification, (2) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of (including the use of the Grand Prize vehicle) or participation in this Promotion, or travel or activity related thereto, and (3) all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by Ohio law and the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any action at law or equity in connection with the Promotion.
